As our business provides professional services rather than physical products, no physical shipping is required. All services, consultations, documents, and deliverables are provided electronically via email, online meeting platforms, or other agreed digital methods. There will be occasion when we will need to enter into a face to face consultation or onsite visit but these will be requested by the client or ourselves and will be decided upon well before hand.

Delivery timeframes for services and any related materials will vary depending on the scope of work and the number of contractors involved and will be confirmed with clients prior to the commencement of the service.
