Due to the customised and time-based nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. This includes consultations, childcare placement support, design work, and advisory services.
2. Deposits and Upfront Payments
Where a deposit or upfront payment is required to secure a booking or commence work, this amount is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service prior to commencement, you must provide written notice. Refunds may be considered if cancellation is made within 7 days of payment and before any work has started. Any administrative or processing fees may be deducted.
4. Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for change of mind once a service has been booked or delivered.
5. Partially Completed Services
If a service has commenced but is not yet completed, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund based on the work completed and costs incurred up to that point.
6. Client Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and work towards a fair outcome.

We may recommend or refer third-party providers (such as childcare services or other professionals). We are not responsible for the services, fees, or refund policies of these third parties.

Refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances where we are unable to deliver the agreed service or where required under applicable consumer laws.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund or remedy in circumstances where services are not provided with due care and skill or are not fit for purpose.
