Hi, Lisa here! I have over 25 years of experience in the early years education and care sector, including 18 years as a service manager and over six years as a lead educator with real on the floor experience in widely utilised and established services. I hold multiple diploma's in children's services, business operations, leadership and management, as well as my advanced diploma in children's services. 

Drawing on my years working with a range of services, I wanted to shift my focus toward more of a consulting role, where I can use my expertise to advise, mentor, and help organisations deliver better care outcomes and to help families find safe and reliable childcare solutions. That was how my childcare placement and design consulting business was born! ​​​​​​​​

I provide expert consulting services that strengthen and support the early years industry. My work extends to approved providers, as well as the architects and builders who design and deliver their early childhood environments. I specialise in helping teams create well-designed, high-quality, safe, and fully compliant services in this highly spot lighted climate.

Beyond supporting service development, I also assist families in finding safe, nurturing, and suitable placements for their cherished children to enrol in.

I am deeply committed to excellence in child placement and childcare design — offering mentorship and guidance from the earliest concept and preliminary design stages through to restyling, renewal, and ongoing improvement. My consulting also focuses on strengthening organisational practice, enhancing regulatory compliance, and ensuring positive outcomes for children, families, and staff.
